VPN stands for Virtual Private Network and allows you to access Data stored in your Network (your NAS for example) when you are out of the office. Let’s say you are traveling with your Laptop for some time and you want to access files stored on the office server. The Traditional way would be to call or email to your office and ask them to forward the data via email.
