A common request for Offices, Call Centers and Hotels is the interconnection of their Customer Relation Ship Management Software and their phone system, allowing pulling up customer data from the database when their client is calling.   1. Via the Mitel SX2000 PMS protocol.
  2. Via the Fidelio protocol.

Common features that are supported are wake up call, room status, Minibar etc.
