CRM and PMS Integration

A common request for Offices, Call Centers, and Hotels is the interconnection of their Customer RelationShip Management Software and their phone system, allowing pulling up customer data from the database when their client is calling. This allows the office / call center / Hotel staff to see the last conversation flow immediately and allows following up with their clients immediately.

Please note that the industry is moving forward on this end quite fast, and we can expect to have more integration available out of the box in the future. The 3CX Hotel Module can integrate with PMS systems in the following ways:

  1. Via the Mitel SX2000 PMS protocol.
  2. Via the Fidelio protocol.

Common features that are supported are wake up call, room status, Minibar, etc.
