With VoIP Thailand’s FAX2email services you receive incoming Faxes directly to your email inbox. In combination with our Bangkok or Thailand DID Numbers you can have your own “FAX in the cloud”. VoIP Thailand’s “FAX2email” is designed for small companies that that mainly operate via mobile phone but need a FAX Number as their customers or suppliers frequently send faxes.
What is “FAX2email” and how does this work?
With VoIP Thailand’s “FAX2email” you can subscribe to our Virtual FAX2email service. To get things up and running you will also need one.
- Bangkok DID Number or
- Thailand DID Number
- your email address
where you would like to receive incoming faxes to. Print your new FAX Number on your stationary, business cards etc. Now your customers send Faxes to your new FAX Number and you will receive them as a pdf attachment in your email inbox easily allowing you to forward or print them if needed. Now you can operate your whole office from your mobile phone.
What are the advantages of FAX2email?
The key advantage is that you are not tight down to the physical location where your FAX machine is installed. You will receive Faxes directly within your email inbox giving you greater freedom and flexibility from where you operate your business. You will be able to fulfill orders faster, forward Faxes that are saved as a pdf file easily to co-workers, colleagues or business partners, archive orders and save paper as Faxes won’t be printed automatically. If you move to a new office or condo you won’t lose your FAX number as it’s not attached to any physical phone line.
What are the limitations of “FAX2email”?
You cannot send outgoing Faxes. If you need to send outgoing Faxes from your Fax number as well we recommend you to take a look at the FRITZ!Box 7490 or the Grandstream UCM series
What does it cost?
- Onetime Setup fee: Setup fee for your “FAX in the Cloud” is 1000 THB
- Hosting charges: The hosting charges are 500 THB/month charged as yearly subscription.
- Phone number subscription charges:
- If you subscribe to a Bangkok DID Number there is a monthly charge of 214 THB
- If you subscribe to a Thailand DID Number there is a monthly charge of 535 THB
